Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the US on orders of $75.00 or more. We do not ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept any full priced, unworn merchandise for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - this includes items purchased with a discount code or coupon.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can exchange the item or issue a store credit.

What items cannot be returned?
We will not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, holiday/seasonal items, items purchased with a discount code, giveaway items, or beauty (skincare products).

Why can't I return hair accessories or skincare?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories or skincare products once they have been purchased.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at elizabeth@scrapsofmagic.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

⚠️ ALWAYS SIZE UP - This brand runs very small. We strongly recommend ordering at least one size larger than usual.

KatieJNYC
⚠️ ALWAYS SIZE UP - This brand runs very small. The dresses and skirts are short. Order one size up from your usual size.

Tractr
✓ True to Size - This brand runs true to size. Order your normal size.

Habitual Girl
✓ True to Size - This brand runs true to size. Order your normal size.

Miss Behave Girl
✓ True to Size - This brand runs true to size. Order your normal size.

T2 Love
✓ True to Size - This brand runs true to size. Order your normal size.

Aviator Nation
✓ True to Size - This brand runs true to size if not slightly oversized because a lot of their pieces are unisex. 

Iscream
Generally runs true to size for accessories and novelty items.

General Sizing Tip: When in doubt, always size up! Most of our clothing brands run small, and dresses almost always require sizing up. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us at elizabeth@scrapsofmagic.com before ordering and we'll help you choose the perfect size!
