We’re not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages—but we’ll always do our best to help point you in the right direction if an issue arises.

We offer free shipping within the US on orders of $75.00 or more. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship internationally. ALL Sale Items Are Final Sale. This includes items purchased with a discount code or coupon. ALL skincare, hair care, hair products, hair accessories, makeup, lip balm etc is final sale. 

We will accept any full priced, unworn merchandise for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. We ship from the Charleston and Mount Pleasant, SC area. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
